Adjustable Rate Mortgage
Each of our 3/1, 5/1, and 7/1 Adjustable Rate Mortgages has a low fixed rate for the initial three, five, or seven years.
After the initial three, five, or seven years, the rate adjusts based on the 1-Year Treasury Index with a 2% yearly cap and a 5% life of loan cap.
These ARM's have a 1% origination fee.

Personal Reserve
The Personal Reserve Account is attached to your First Federal Checking Account and serves both as overdraft protection and as an immediate line of credit. Credit lines range from $500 to $5000 and all you need to qualify is your good credit.
How does it work?
When you draw your checking account below a zero balance, funds will be advanced from your Personal Reserve Account in minimum increments of $50. As a line of credit, your Personal Reserve Account may be accessed online or at your request up to your credit limit.
How do I repay?
Payments will be automatically withdrawn from your checking account each month with minimum monthly payments based on 2% of your outstanding balance or $25, whichever is greater.
